Why should you use a hemp shower curtain?  Many plastic shower curtains contain PVC, a type of plastic that contains some serious VOC's and toxins.  As you shower, the plastic heats up, making it easier for toxins to escape, leaving you singing the blues while you shower!  Hemp is a great solution.  Hemp contains natural oils that repel water, and in addition, the weave is fine enough that no water escapes.  After showering, the curtain will dry quickly.  For proper maintenance, wash the curtain regularly (once per month).  Available in natural, aqua or keylime (soft light green).
